In-Store Policy: NO RETURN, NO REFUND. We kindly offer a one-time exchange and/or store credit for any unworn shoes within 14 days of purchase. Customer must provide original receipt for all in-store exchanges. ALL CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE IN STORE & ONLINE. 

 

Online Shopping Policy: We will provide a one-time exchange within a week of your delivery date on any unworn shoes, no exceptions.
