Shipping policy

Your order will be process within two business days; we do not process orders on Sundays and/or holidays. Please allow up to 6 business days for all standard shipping. Depending on your location, you may receive your order before said time. We take full responsibility for all in-store handling of your order up until the moment it's been dropped off at USPS. We are not responsible for any mishandled/ lost items on behalf of USPS. 

All exchanges must be completed within the first week of receiving your order; no exceptions. 

Please understand that you are responsible for communicating with us about your exchange. We advice that you get in touch with us as soon as possible to abide by the one-week exchange policy. The one-week exchange policy applies to all purchases made online. 

In order to ensure a smooth exchange, you must ensure:

- you return shoes in it's original packaging

- the shoes are unworn and in the same conditions you received them, unless it is a defective item. 

Please note: all shoes are inspected for quality control prior to being shipped out.
